Cancellations:

In the event you want to cancel a course you must call us and speak with someone at our front desk. A full refund may be issued if you cancel the Wednesday prior to the initial start of the current swim class. You may receive a 50% refund when canceling the course if you cancel before the 2nd class meeting.  All refunds take 3-6 business days to return to a credit/debit card.

If the 2nd class meeting has passed, no refunds will be available.  All requests for cancellation must be made through the Program Director by calling 304-933-AQUA or emailing aqua@mylanpark.org and referencing “Request for class cancellation”.  For these cancellations, an attempt will be made to transfer or change your child’s class, or partial credit will be awarded depending on the circumstances.  Please provide the name of the student, class name, day and time, the reason for cancellation, and the best follow-up phone number.

Reschedules:

We are not able to provide make-up classes for any of our progressive-style classes.  The class you sign up for is the class you must attend each week. Our classes have different instructors and each class develops at a different speed together so please only attend your scheduled program.  Remember the more often you attend the better the progression within the class.

Waiting Lists:

When a class fills a waiting list will automatically be generated for the first 6 people.  There is no charge to wait. We will contact you if a space becomes available.  You may also contact us after the first refund deadline or after the first class meeting to see if a space has opened in your preferred course. Payment will be required at the time of joining the class.  Prorated payments are available who join after the first class meeting.  No registrations will be allowed after the 2nd class meeting.

Skip days:

Holidays or other planned days of the class are listed in the guide, as well as noted on the class schedule.  These days off are planned and therefore are reflected in the pricing of the course so no refund is necessary.  In the case that your class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make an attempt to reschedule the session at the end of the course, if that is not possible because we begin our next session right away, we will provide a credit to your account towards a future session, visit pass, private lesson, birthday party or any other program or service we provide.
