The Aquatic Center at Mylan Park is proud to offer dry fitness classes in addition to our in-water fitness classes. Our current dry fitness class offerings include Restorative Yoga and Personal Training. We hope to expand our offerings in the future.

If you normally pay online or have registered for classes in the past, try using your old login information. You may need to reset your password. 

You can confirm if you have an account and reset your password by following the steps below…

  1.  Click the button to be led to our new welcome screen.
  2. Select “Access My Account” located at the top right of the screen.
  3. Fill out the requested information and hit submit
  4. If you see a red notification reading “You’ve already registered” select “login” at the top right of the screen
  5. Select “Forgot Password” and follow the steps to reset your password.


To register for Swim Lessons, Summer Camps, Safety Training Courses, and Parent’s Night Off log in to our user portal and go to “Register for Classes”

To register for Personal Training, Water Aerobics, Adult / Master Swim League, Yoga, Paddleboard Yoga, and F45 log in to our user portal and go to “Group Activities”

Chair-Robics with Fitness Trainer, Brad Parsons


Join us every Wednesday for Chair-Robics! A new class focusing on core strength development, posture development, and standing assisted or otherwise. Lean into the ability you have and develop a love for fitness all from the comfort of your chair.

Geared towards developing upper and lower strength to help get our bodies back into motion. Our instructors will help you work your body and target muscles that mitigate the effects of sitting for significant periods of time and help boost your stamina and endurance along the way.

Wednesdays 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

All ages are encouraged to join Brad at 10:00 a.m. every Wednesday.

Building core, upper body, and lower body strength, Chair-Robics helps improve posture, balance, endurance, stamina, and stability to mitigate the effects of sitting for significant periods of time.

Hour-long Personal Training sessions are available for those over the age of 13 who want someone to deliver safe and effective exercise training programs that are interesting and fun. Achieving your exercise goals is important and our certified personal trainer will help you reach and sustain them.

Restorative Yoga with the Yoga Warrior

Did you know?  The Aquatic Center & Track Complex at Mylan Park currently offers a series of Yoga Classes taught by none other than a yoga warrior himself – Donald Murray

All Levels Vinyasa:
Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

All Levels are encouraged to join Warrior Yogi Don at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday & Thursdays.

All Levels Vinyasa helps balance the mind and body, relieving tension and anxiety for a beautiful meditation. Each session will concentrate on an area of the body selected by the group.

Yoga for Strength with Sarah Schaefer

Instructor: Sarah has been a student of yoga since 2013 and a teacher since 2019. She completed her 200-hour training through YogaFit in 2021. When she’s off the mat, she’s a real estate agent in Morgantown who enjoys reading, running, and working on home projects. Her classes serve to give students the tools they need to challenge themselves and help deepen their connection between body and mind. She wants to bring the mental and physical benefits of yoga to the community!

Yoga for Strength:
Tuesdays 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Join us for a 60-minute yoga practice that combines vinyasa yoga and calisthenics to improve balance, flexibility, strength, and mobility, while deepening your mind-body connection. Modifications are given for the poses so you can choose how much to challenge yourself. All experience levels are welcome.
