
TRACK & FIELD PROGRAMS
Track & Field Programs at Mylan Park
Learn track and field skills in a welcoming and exciting environment at The Peak Health Track & Field Complex. Clinics are held in the spring and fall followed by a Youth Community Track Meet.
Participants will engage in individual and team exercises to promote fitness and teamwork.
This program is for children 3-12 years of age.

TRACK & FIELD YOUTH CLINICS
Season: March 29 – May 17, 2026*
*No class on April 5, or April 26
Time: Sundays from 2:30pm- 3:30pm

Location: Peak Health Aquatic Center & Track Complex
AGES: 6-12
Learn track and field skills in a welcoming and exciting environment. The program teaches the fundamentals of Track & Field form, and techniques such as walking, sprinting, running, hurdling, hopping, jumping, pushing, and throwing. Participants will get a chance to try out sprints, relay racing, distance running, hurdles, and introduction to shotput, javelin and discus. Instructors will also introduce other events such as long jump, high jump and pole vault. No specialized training is available these are all introduced and taught to the level of the participants ability. This is a good program for young kids exploring track and field, or older kids wanting to join a Middle School or High School track program in the future.
