Dr. Kerissa Kuis has joined The Aquatic Center team as a Talent & Culture Consultant. With over 20 years of experience in fitness and wellness management, Dr. Kuis has worked with fitness and wellness centers and resorts nationwide as a consultant and educator. Having trained thousands of wellness professionals with her company, The University of Wellness, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role. She was also a part of the original team that developed the business plan for The Aquatic Center at Mylan Park.

She is an adjunct professor of organizational leadership at West Virginia University. In addition, Dr. Kuis teaches applied psychology and human capital at the University of Arizona Global Campus within the Forbes School of Business & Technology MBA program. Her passion for fostering future leaders and employee well-being drives her.

In addition to her role at The Aquatic Center, she is the CEO and founder of the University of Wellness and BRAVE Leadership School. She serves as an emotional intelligence counselor, organizational psychologist, educator, and executive in these capacities. Her businesses provide virtual programs, services, and certifications, for individuals and organizations and she will be offering private services and workshops here at The Aquatic Center.
