SWIM FIT AT MYLAN PARK
Merge the training room and the swimming pool!
Sundays 1-2pm − Peak Health Aquatic Center
INSTRUCTOR(S): 1 | AGES: 12+
Swim Fit Training focuses on multidisciplinary workouts that cover strength, endurance, stamina, and full-body workout. An opportunity for individuals seeking a new kind of workout that merges the training room and the swimming pool.
OBJECTIVES:
- Cardiovascular health
- Increased stamina
- Improved endurance
Equipment Provided: Barbells, Free weights, Kickboards, Pool noodles, & Yoga Mats (as needed)
