CHAIR-ROBICS CLASSES
Wednesdays at 10:00 am − Peak Health Aquatic Center

This program focuses on core strength development, posture development, and standing assisted or otherwise. Lean into the ability you have and develop a love for fitness all from the comfort of your chair. Geared towards developing upper and lower strength to help get our bodies back into motion, this 45-min class offers full range of motion for all ages and those of different abilities. Our instructors will help you work your body and target muscles that mitigate the effects of sitting for significant periods of time and help boost your stamina and endurance along the way.
PRE-REQUISITES: Comfortability and ability to move within range
of a seated position
OBJECTIVES:

F45 Training Hours:
Mon – Fri: 6 a.m. & 8 a.m. & 12 p.m. & 4 p.m. & 6 p.m.
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday focuses on cardio.
Tuesday & Thursday focuses on resistance training.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Hybrid class.

Hour-long Personal Training sessions are available for those over the age of 13 who want someone to deliver safe and effective exercise training programs that are interesting and fun. Achieving your exercise goals is important and our certified personal trainer will help you reach and sustain them.
Main Focuses: flexibility, mobility, balance, strength, functional movement, endurance, body composition, and mindset

All Levels Vinyasa helps balance the mind and body, relieving tension and anxiety for a beautiful meditation. Each session will concentrate on an area of the body selected by the group.
Yoga for Strength
Tuesday Evenings 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm − Peak Health Aquatic Center
INSTRUCTOR(S): 1 | AGES: 8+

Join us for a 60-minute yoga practice that combines vinyasa yoga and calisthenics to improve balance, flexibility, strength, and mobility, while deepening your mind-body connection. Modifications are given for the poses so you can choose how much to challenge yourself.
All experience levels are welcome! We will provide some yoga equipment like mats, blocks, bands, and weights for each class.
