Below is the Group Inquiry Form created for large groups and organizations, this form is NOT for Birthday Party Rentals.

Below are timeslots available and pricing based on the number of participants and type of organization. If these times do not work well for your group, please share in the comments below, we try to stay flexible to accommodate each group’s needs.

Beyond access to the Huntington Community Pool, we offer multipurpose rooms/outdoor event tent for $40 per room per hour (each holds up to 50 people). Please check the box if interested in adding the multi-purpose room to your quote.

Steps to book a field trip to the Aquatic Center:

1. Fill out the Group Reservation Inquiry Form to get started (does not lock in a reservation)

2. Mylan Park will reach out to verify availability and pricing, and answer any additional questions you may have.

3. After the date and time are secured, you will receive the finalized form to sign and date. Once Mylan Park receives the signed form your date and time will be secured. We will then send a confirmation email along with details regarding pool rules, with a waiver attached.

4. Payment can be made before your reservation date or upon arrival. Payment can be made over the phone or by check made payable to Mylan Park Properties. If paying upon arrival you will only be charged for the number of participants that attend.

Each session can hold up to 60 swimmers and 80 total participants. Please give us your best estimate. This will assist in assigning adequate space.

Fall/Winter/Spring Available Times:

• 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
• 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. (Friday – Sunday)*
• 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Friday – Sunday)*
• 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Available reservation times from the beginning of September to mid May.

*These times are available Monday – Thursday as an EXCLUSIVE DAY VISIT. Please note it the comment below if you are interested in an exclusive add on for your rental.

Summer Available Times:

• 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
• 2:15 p.m. – 3:45 p.m.
• 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Exclusive Party*

Available reservation times from mid May to the beginning of September.

*This time is available as an EXCLUSIVE AFTER HOURS PARTY only. This includes full use of the multipurpose rooms or tent and access to the pool.
