Nailler Foundation Swim Scholarship Application
Free Youth Swim Lessons at the Aquatic Center at Mylan Park are made possible by the Charles R Nailler memorial Foundation.
Interested participants ages 1-12 years old must complete the following application and 10 or more scholarships will be awarded each session. Sessions begin during the year in January, March, May, July, September or November.
For eligible participants, parents must provide one of the following valid identifications of income/need:
WIC, SNAP/EBT, CHIP, TANF
Or qualify with tax form with the below qualifications:
