Intro to Lacrosse
Introduce your little athlete to the exciting game of lacrosse in a fun, supportive, and age-appropriate environment! The Mylan Park Intro to Lacrosse program is designed specifically for children ages 3–5 and focuses on developing fundamental movement skills while introducing basic lacrosse concepts.
Participants will learn introductory stick skills, hand-eye coordination, balance, agility, and teamwork through engaging games and activities. Our coaches create a positive atmosphere that encourages confidence, listening skills, social interaction, and a love for being active.
PROGRAM INFORMATION
- Class Location: Peak Health Aquatic Center & Track Complex
- Day of the Week: Tuesdays (except holidays)
- Time: 4:30pm- 5:30pm
- Ages:3-5
- PRE-REQUISITES: None

- Beginner-friendly instruction with no experience required
- Fun games that teach core skills
- Focus on confidence, coordination, and teamwork
- Supportive coaching that keeps things positive and engaging
Whether your child is trying lacrosse for the first time or just getting comfortable with the basics, this class is all about learning, growing, and having fun!
Registration
- No spaces in any class are guaranteed without payment, as full payments are due at the time of registration. All registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Minimum of three children per class. If fewer than three are signed up after the third week, you will be required to choose another time or a refund if the class is canceled.
- A waiver must be completed before stepping onto the field.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will ONLY be given if a class has been canceled.
- Refunds are not issued due to missed classes. If a child stops coming, a credit to the may be issued, pending approval.
Parents and Guardians
Classes are not drop-off, a parent/guardian must be on-site during the class.
Behavior
Dangerous, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviors will be dealt with case-by-case and could result in the loss of the privilege to participate. No refunds or credits will be issued if your child cannot participate due to negative behaviors.
Transfers
Transfers within the same age group are permitted at any point in the session. All class transfers are dependent upon space availability.
Make-up Classes
Make-ups are done on a space-available basis. Make-ups do not carry over into the next session. No refunds will be given for missed classes.
- Participants should wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes. Cleats are not permitted.
- Bring a water bottle labeled with your child’s name.
